This presentation was developed while I was a Business Development Manager at Documentum. Taking Geoffrey Moore's "Technology Adoption Curve" concept from his Crossing the Chasm and Inside the Tornado books, this presentation shows how different types of partners are needed to serve different customer segments as the technology matures and costs drops over time.  The presentation helped justify and launch Documentum's OEM program.
